This is a state of body and mind that most of us live in.
Somatic Awakening sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and present. They will teach you how to feel this way as much as you choose to practice.
Sessions will cover:
- Ways to become more aware of what we feel in our body and how that impacts our mind.
- We will move together - individually, in partnership, and as a group. Through movement the body reveals our strengths and areas that need some compassionate attention.
- We will also spend time reflecting - because you want to do that on your own, but don't make the time. This alone has been proven to create a refreshed, grounded and present state.
On our path through life, which is short, taking time to settle ourselves and remember why we are here is essential to a well lived life.
